It has been brought to our attention that there might be some awkward issues with mobile devices.
I experienced a difficulty when trying to select ****** grade from a drop down list which actually opened/displayed way far down at the very bottom of the page unbeknownst to me. The middle to bottom of the page was all white space requiring quite a bit of scrolling to actually reach the page bottom.
We contacted our FACTS rep regarding registering with mobile devices:
When they log in with their mobile devices it will automatically update to mobile for them. If they have any issues please have them call the help line at 866-441-4637.
