CALENDAR 2009 and 2010

Early Release and Conference Days to be assigned. Calendar is a combination of Cobb, Paulding, and Cherokee County Schools. If Cobb County closes for inclement weather, we will also close. However, if the weather where you live makes travel dangerous, your absence will be excused.

         

August 5-7 Teacher Pre-Planning
August 10 First Full Day of School
September 7 Labor Day Holiday – No School
October 9 End of 1st nine weeks
October 19-23 Early release (12 noon) Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences (1PM-4PM)
November 23-27 Thanksgiving Holiday
December 18 End of 1st Semester
December 21-Jan 3 Christmas Holidays
January 5 Back to School: Second Semester Begins (Tuesday)
January 18 MLK Holiday
February 15-19 Presidents’ Day Holiday: Winter Break
March 17-19 Early release (12 noon) Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences (1PM-4PM)
April 5-9 Spring Break
May 26 Last Day of School
